User Experience (UX) refers to a person’s emotions and attitudes about using a particular product, system or service. It includes the practical, experiential, affective, meaningful, and valuable aspects of human-computer interaction and product ownership.

Additionally, it includes a person’s perceptions of system aspects such as utility, ease of use, and efficiency. UX is subjective in nature because it is about an individual’s performance, situation, expectations, and so on. However, it can be evaluated to some extent through user satisfaction surveys and usability testing.

UX focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations. It also takes into account the business goals and objectives of the group managing the project.

UX best practices promote improving the quality of the user’s interaction with and perceptions of the product and any related services. If you want to improve the user experience of a digital product, you need to consider many factors, including the user interface, graphics, design, and interactive features. It’s all about making a product functional, fun, and easy to use to ensure the user’s satisfaction and loyalty.
